Payment options for mail orders are a money order, a personal check or a credit card. Personal check orders may be delayed
to allow for clearing time. We will confirm your order by e-mail.

If an item that you ordered is out of stock, the item will be put on back order or be canceled. We will send you an e-mail message to tell you the estimated shipping date and to confirm your option to keep the order or to cancel it.

Our merchandise is normally shipped via UPS ground. We use U.S. Postal Services for PO Box addresses, military addresses,
most of international orders and most of express shipping in the USA.
We may choose a different carrier if it is necessary. Our shipping and handling fees will be calculated automatically when you check out. If you are ordering via fax, mail or phone, we will put proper amount on your order.

1. Made to order and special order items
All items, which are labeled on their description page as "made
to order" or "special order item”, cannot be
returned for credit. Also sales of tights, socks, toe pads, toe gels are all final. The same applies to group orders of all items. We urge you, if you are unsure, to purchase a sample and check sizing before submitting group orders (two pieces or more). Otherwise, all sales are final.
2. All Other
Important-10% restocking charge will apply for all returns. All products other than described above may be returned for
credit under the following conditions:
- Returns must be
received within three weeks of our shipping date. We will not accept returns for group orders(two pieces or more). We will exchange sizes for group orders. If you are not sure about products, please purchase a sample first for group orders.
- Item(s) must have a
return authorization number, which you may obtain by
contacting
service@balletcostume.com.
- Return authorization
number must be shown on front of package or it will be
returned to sender.
- Returns must be sent
postage paid and must be insured.
- All returns must be new and in original packaging with label/tag affixed. If item(s) are not in original conditions, we will not accept your returns. We will not credit original shipping fees and shipping fees for returning merchandise.

3. Made to order and special order items
You can not exchange size after we process your order. We can change size before processing your order.
4. All Other
All items except items mentioned above may be exchanged under
the following conditions:
- All items except
items mentioned above may be exchanged only for size.
- Exchanges must be
received within three weeks of our shipping date.
- We will exchange for
another costume in the same size for defective merchandise.
- All exchanges will be
treated as a new order with normal processing time.
- Item(s) must have a return
authorization number, which you
may obtain by contacting
service@balletcostume.com.
