  
This hand made 12 graduated tutu. The layers built on a net panty with 3.5"(9cm) net Basque attached to elastic waistband. Sprung steel hoop inserted during construction of middle layer. Top Layer measures about 15"(37cm). Attached four big hooks and eyes on back. Professional quality tutu. If you prefer, send us your measurements. (No Bodice)
