  
Ruffled on an elastic waistband with a five layer skirt tutu. The top layer is the longest and gets progressively shorter toward the bottom layer. This will be a great costume for practice or recital. The longest layer length is 10" (25cm) for the child size, and 12" (30cm) for the adult size. One size fits all (in either the child or adult size).
